NRF Research Fellows

The College continues to raise its bars and has done well in recruiting junior faculty. It has been successful in leveraging on the Singapore NRF Fellowship Scheme. Launch in 2007, the NRF Fellowship is open to all areas of science and technology. It provides opportunities for early career researchers from all over the world to lead ground breaking research in Singapore. Each award supports a research project for up to SGD 3 million over five years, hosted by a local university or research institute. Below are NRF Research Fellows currently with the College.

LI Yinghui

Nanyang Assistant Professor
NRF Research Fellowship 2018

Research Expertise/Interest: My research interests focus on the molecular mechanisms underscoring the activation of cancer driver genes and the role of non-coding RNA in the progression of human cancers. The main focus of my laboratory is to understand the role of inflammatory mediators such as NF-κB in activating transcriptional programs that are critical for the malignant transformation of cancer cells.
